If you go to www.KentonBecker.com/ApplyOnline, it will take you to our secure online application form that uploads your information directly into our system. Here’s the web address for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Use this website to review my status as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (which is always good to do). Go to http://www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/ and type in my name.
 
Also, to access the authorization forms I was talking about, go to www.kentonbecker.com/helpfulforms. You will be downloading and printing out the borrower authorization form (form that allows us to pull the credit) and the credit card authorization form (form that pays for the credit). Once you have them signed and filled out you can fax them back to the number below or scan and email them back to me, whichever you would like.
 
Lastly, here's a couple items that we need to get (in addition to the application and authorization forms) so that I can provide you with a pre-approval asap:

- 30 Days worth of pay stubs
- 30 Days worth of asset statements (these are for your checking, savings, etc. and any 401k / retirement accounts for the last 30 days)
- 2011 and 2012 Tax Returns
- 2011 and 2012 W2's
- Court Ordered Child Support documents
